(c) All entries will have their IP addresses monitored and recorded. Participants not adhering to these rules will be permanently deleted from our Giveaway.
2. Employees of The Outdoor Store [and any other company sponsoring the contest], their affiliated companies, advertising and promotion agencies, and the immediate family members of each are ineligible. The term "immediate families" includes spouses, grandparents, parents, siblings, children and grandchildren.
How to Enter:

2. Winner will be required to respond to our email notification. Failure to respond may result in the Winner being disqualified and an alternate Winner selected.
3. If forfeited, the prize will remain the property of The Outdoor Store. Another winner will be drawn.
4. No substitution for any prize will be permitted. If necessary due to unavailability of the Prize, a prize of equal or greater value will be awarded at the discretion of The Outdoor Store. Prize is not transferable, assignable or redeemable for cash.
5. The winner is responsible for paying all local, county, state and federal taxes on prizes based on the estimated retail value of the prizes as set forth in these rules. Canadian residents are assessed a variable brokerage fee payable directly to the carrier by the winner. This fee is over and above the shipping cost that is covered by The Outdoor Store and payable at time of delivery.
6. Only one prize will be awarded.
7. The Outdoor Store is not responsible for any liabilities arising directly or indirectly from the award or use of the prize.
