RETURN POLICY
RETURNS
- All returns, exchanges and warranties require a Return Authorization number (R.A.#).
- You must contact our Returns Department for an R.A.# before returning any merchandise.
- To ensure proper credit, please clearly mark the R.A.# on the outside of the box with your returned merchandise. The Returns Department will tell you the most efficient means of return.
- All products returned will be subject to a minimum 15% restock fee. (Exchanges are excluded)
- Returns of items that The Outdoor Store special orders from the manufacturer will not be allowed. This includes items not in the catalog or unusually large quantities of catalog items.
- The Outdoor Store allows the return of non-defective items for up to 30 days after the invoice date. Any exceptions to this rule is at our sole discretion.
- No returns on food items, special orders, or discontinued items.
- Orders returned by a delivery carrier as refused, bad address, or any other reason without prior notification or authorization will be subject to a minimum 15-75% restock fee at The Outdoor Store's discretion.
CLIMBING GEAR RETURNS
- For liability reasons and your personal safety, we cannot accept returns on any climbing hardware or ropes at any time (excluding warranty situations or shipping errors). We will only accept returns on harnesses if tried on but never used. If you tie in, it's yours.
WARRANTY
- After 30 days, please send all warranty returns to the manufacturer by following warranty instructions included with the product. Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear.
- Warranty or defective products may take up to 10-15 business days for replacement.
